This article is a battleground report. Its purpose is to inform the reader of the multifaceted efforts now underway to restore honesty to our elections and constitutionally lawful rule to our cities. These are monumental developments which, together, hold the potential to eradicate years, even decades, of voter fraud and the degradation of local elected government. In essence, this is a battle report in a war now ongoing and with the outcome yet uncertain.
Essentially, what we are witnessing in this battle over “election integrity” and “law and order” is the necessary complement to the courageous efforts of President Trump, Tulsi Gabbard, John Ratcliffe, Kash Patel and others to clean out the unelected and treasonous “deep state” networks which have long infected and corrupted our intelligence agencies and federal bureaucracy. What unifies all of these initiatives is the intention to restore political power in the United States to the People and their lawfully elected representatives; to break the grip of the treasonous moneyed elite who have long enjoyed the privilege of imposing their agenda on the people, utilizing extra-legal and unconstitutional means.
We begin with the attack on Gerrymandering.
The Texas Brouhaha
Probably, most readers are familiar with the controversy that has erupted in Texas, where Governor Abbott and the Republican Party leadership have proposed to redraw Texas’ Congressional District boundaries, which would likely result in the GOP gaining four or five seats in the House of Representatives. This is the proposal that provoked the flight from the state of numerous Democratic State Legislators and a nationwide furor from the Democratic Party establishment. The most extreme response came from California, where self-seeking Governor Gavin Newsom announced plans for an illegal statewide referendum to redraw California’s Congressional districts.
Amid all of the unhinged emotional tantrums, the first thing to recognize is that both of the major parties have long been guilty of Gerrymandering, i.e. the drawing of electoral boundaries in such a way as to disproportionally favor the party in power. However, in recent decades, the Democrats have taken this technique to a previously unthinkable level, constructing both state legislative and congressional districts which establish a near unbreakable Democratic majority. Their intention was not simply to gain a few seats here and there but (as in California) to establish permanent one-party rule.
Take the case of Illinois, perhaps the most gerrymandered state in the nation. In the 2024 Presidential election Kamala Harris defeated Donald Trump 55 to 45 percent in Illinois. Yet, in that same election, Democrats won 82 percent of the seats for the House of Representatives (a margin of 14 Democrats to 3 Republicans).
Look also at California, a state that has long suffered under a de facto Democratic Party dictatorship. Already, in 2024, the breakdown of House seats from that state was 42 Democrats to 9 Republicans. In the new Congressional Districts proposed by Newsom this would likely shift to 47 Democrats to 4 Republicans, i.e., 93 percent of House seats would go to Republicans despite Trump winning almost 40 percent of the Presidential vote in the 2024 election.
The reality is that Gerrymandering has become institutionalized in the states that voted for Kamala Harris. The voters of New Jersey gave Trump 46 percent of the vote but elected only 3 Republican Congressmen out of 12. Trump also won 46 percent of the vote in New Mexico, but the Democrats took all of that state’s Congressional seats. The same phenomenon occurred in Connecticut where Trump won 42 percent of the vote, but the Republicans lost all of the Congressional races. In New York, Trump won 43 percent of the statewide vote, but the Democrats won 73 percent of the House seats (19 to 7). Similar patterns are to be observed in Oregon, Washington, Michigan and other Democratic Party fiefdoms.
The Texas proposed redistricting is merely a response to this already-existing nationwide Democratic Party rigging of Congressional elections. Even if Governor Abbott’s proposals are adopted, Texas would still be less Gerrymandered than the current (let alone Newsom proposed) Congressional lines in California.
One potential development to keep an eye on is the growing likelihood of a Supreme Court ruling as to the Constitutionality of the 1965 Voting Rights Act. Originally designed as a law to combat the disenfranchisement of black citizens in the South, that Act was subsequently amended numerous times and became the basis for creating Congressional districts along racial lines. This has resulted in numerous “safe” Democratic seats which cannot be changed by state legislative action. Were the Supreme Court to strike down these provisions, Democratic Party losses in the House of Representatives would likely reach into double digits.
President Trump’s Interventions
Far more important than the battle in Texas are the series of actions taken by President Trump affecting both elections and the crises in America’s cities. The first of these was Trump’s August 7 announcement on Truth Social that he has “instructed our Department of Commerce to immediately begin work on a new and highly accurate CENSUS. . . People who are in our Country illegally WILL NOT BE COUNTED IN THE CENSUS.” Although such a mid-decade census is unprecedented, it is lawful. However, such a Census can only be authorized by an Act of Congress. Representative Marjorie Taylor Green has introduced legislation to that effect, but whether Congressional Republicans rally behind this or similar legislation remains to be seen. It is widely acknowledged that the 2020 Census was severely flawed, overcounting people in Delaware, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Minnesota, and Rhode Island (all Democratic states), while undercounting in Texas, Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee and Arkansas (all Republican states). Correcting those errors while simultaneously excluding illegal immigrants from the Census would seriously damage Democratic Party vote-fraud operations nationwide.
Then, on August 18, Trump announced that he will soon issue a new Executive Order to end the use of mail-in ballots and voting machines ahead of the 2026 midterm elections. In a post on Truth Social, Trump stated, “I am going to lead a movement to get rid of MAIL-IN BALLOTS. . . by signing an EXECUTIVE ORDER to help bring HONESTY to the 2026 Midterm Elections.” Again, as in the case of the mid-decade census, this initiative by Trump will face fierce opposition, but it is explicit in the Constitution that the Federal Government possesses the authority to over-ride the states on how elections are conducted. Interestingly, in his summit meeting with President Trump, Russian President Vladimir Putin opined that Trump lost the 2020 Presidential election due to mail-in balloting vote fraud.
Not directly related to the issue of elections, two recent Executive Orders, signed by President Trump, nevertheless could significantly impact the Democratic Party’s vote fraud machine in the nation’s major urban centers. The first of these is the July 24 E.O. Ending Crime and Disorder on America’s Streets, and the second is the August 11 E.O. Restoring Law and Order in the District of Columbia. The primary intention of these Orders is clearly to clean up the crime, narcotics and homelessness devastation in our nation’s largest cities—to rescue the people of these communities—but the political repercussions are also profound. What Trump is now doing is a direct challenge to the foundation/non-profit political machine which now enforces an unelected oligarchical dictatorship in most major American cities.
Also worth noting is the August 10 interview that Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo conducted with Vice President J.D. Vance, wherein Vance focuses on both the redistricting battle and the question of a mid-decade census.
Dismantling the oligarchical political machine
While the developments discussed above play out on the national scene, important—and long overdue—challenges to the Democratic Party’s corrupt rule over major cities is now emerging on the local level. In Seattle this has been spearheaded by political activist Paul Glumaz who has directly attacked the “homeless-industrial complex,” as described in his July 19 article, The Homeless-Industrial Complex: Causes and Cures.
In Oakland, California Mayoral candidate Mindy Pechenuk has joined forces with many community leaders to expose and dismantle the oligarchical non-profit political machine which has turned Oakland into a hell-hole. One of the most articulate and outspoken foes of the corrupt Oakland political leadership is Seneca Scott whose Gotham Oakland podcast has hammered away at how the foundations, non-profits and “progressives” have seized control of political power in that city, enforcing an oligarchical agenda of corruption, crime and drugs on its residents.
Elsewhere, forensic investigator Sam Antar— How Elite Money Flows Through Working Families Party Network, and Why the IRS Must Investigate the Tax-Exempt Syndicate that Weaponized Mamdani’s Campaign has just published two pieces about the money behind Mandami’s allegedly “grass roots” campaign. It isn’t grassroots at all. In fact, there was a dearth of contributions by the grassroots Mandami claims to represent. Instead, he was backed by a network of left-wing billionaire tax exempt foundations, like George Soros’ Open Society Foundation. This funding apparently traveled through associated 501(c)(4s) into the Working Families Party –all of it raising big questions about tax law violations.
The importance of these local battles is that in major urban areas throughout the nation—cities which include tens of millions of people—democratically elected Constitutional government no longer exists. Real power has been seized by—or turned over to—a non-elected financial leviathan which possesses its own army of tens of thousands of foot soldiers. It is this apparatus which has made our cities unlivable, and it is this same political machine which represents the greatest engine for vote fraud in the country. For a more comprehensive look into these matters, see this author’s May, 2025 article Time to Revoke the Tax-Exempt Status of Nonprofits and Dismantle Private Oligarchical Control over our Policy-making Institutions.
The upshot of all of this is that after long years of suffering under this corruption, a fight to dismantle it has begun. From the Oval Office all the way down to the streets of Oakland, the vast vote-fraud machine of the Democratic Party is under siege. If we press ahead, critical victories can be won.
