President Trump has always believed Iran to be a major threat to the United States, even prior to his candidacy.
He has a big heart and has been briefed that the soldiers he sees at Walter Reed missing legs and arms from Iraq and elsewhere, were hit by Iran.
Iran itself has repeatedly threatened to assassinate him.
Throughout his political life he has always insisted that Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon.
But he has also insisted that he will not involve us in any more forever wars or regime change operations and sought to distance himself from the current madness of Israel’s revenge operations for the attacks on October 7th.
Those two objectives, preventing Iran from having a nuclear weapon which is a security threat to the United States and preventing any more forever wars could very well be in fatal contradiction now.
We hope and pray that what appears to be the intelligence assessment, that Iran will not retaliate, is true.
We hope and pray that the intelligence assessment concerning Iran’s nuclear intentions is true and not an Israeli and British concocted lie designed to drag us into a war and to destroy Trump’s presidency.
We are obviously aware of the many disturbing internet posts claiming a NeoCon triumph and attacking all of those patriots who have opposed forever wars.
We will stick to the provable facts and report the truth insofar as we can ascertain it as this situation develops.
