No. Promethean Action does not sell, endorse, or promote any cryptocurrency, investment product, or financial opportunity of any kind. We will never contact you privately about one.
If you've seen an account using our name or logo to promote crypto — including so-called "Quantum Financial System" (QFS) offers — that account is fraudulent, and is not affiliated with us in any way.
If you encounter a scam account using our identity, logo, or content, please report it to us: Report an Account.
Our real accounts are listed here: Official Accounts.
You can cancel your paid subscription anytime from your Account page:
If you run into trouble, email us at [email protected] and we'll help.
Canceling your paid subscription does not unsubscribe you from our free Newsletter — those are separate. If you'd like to adjust your email preferences, you can do so from your Account page.
Sign in at prometheanaction.com (see the "Signing In" section if you need help) and click the person icon in the upper right, then choose Account. Your current subscription status and recent payments are listed there.
If you sent a donation by mail and want to confirm it was received, email [email protected] with your name, the date, and the amount. Please allow a few business days for mailed donations to be received and logged.
You can update your card from your Account page:
You can upgrade or change your subscription tier from your Account page:

We don't currently offer a pause option. If you need to take a break, you can cancel and resubscribe when you're ready. Your free Newsletter subscription will remain active in the meantime.
No. Promethean Action is a 501(c)(4) — a non-profit category for organizations focused on social welfare and civic advocacy. Unlike 501(c)(3) charities, 501(c)(4) organizations can engage in unlimited issue advocacy and lobbying, but contributions to them are not tax-deductible for the donor.
(Separately, Promethean PAC is a 527 political action committee. Contributions to it are also not tax-deductible.)
We accept credit/debit cards for online payments and checks by mail.
At this time we do not accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or other third-party payment platforms.
If you'd like to donate by check, see "How do I donate by check?"
You can mail a check to:
Promethean Action PO Box 720 Purcellville, VA 20134
Make the check out to Promethean Action.
If you'd like the donation to be applied as a subscription (so you get subscriber content access), include a short note with the check listing your name, the email address you'd like to use for your account, and the subscription level. An email address is required to access subscriber content — without one, we can't connect your subscription to an account. We'll match it up on our end.
If your card on file was declined, the payment processor may retry the charge automatically over the following days. You don't need to do anything if it was a temporary issue.
If your card was lost, replaced, or expired, update it from your Account page (see above "How do I update my payment card?").
If your paid subscription does lapse, your free Newsletter subscription remains active — you can resubscribe to a paid tier whenever you're ready.
Yes. Email [email protected] with the date and amount, and we'll process the refund and cancel the recurring subscription if applicable. Refunds typically appear on your card within a few business days.
Promethean Action uses a passwordless sign-in. Instead of a password, we send you a one-time link by email each time you sign in.
On desktop:
On mobile:
Once you're signed in, you'll see a small person icon in the upper right of the page. Tap or click it to access your Account.
If you don't see the sign-in email after a couple of minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If it still doesn't arrive, see "I didn't get the signup link."
A few things to check, in order of likelihood:
When you sign up or sign in, we send a one-time link to your email called a magic link. Clicking it confirms it's really you, then signs you in. We don't use passwords.
If the link didn't arrive:
If you've checked all of the above and the link still hasn't arrived, email [email protected] with the address you tried to use, and we'll do our best to help address the issue.
You can update your email address from your Account page:
If possible, update your email before you lose access to the old address — since sign-in uses a magic link sent to your registered email, losing access before updating makes things harder. If you've already lost access to the old address, email [email protected] from your new address and we'll update it manually.

Once you're registered, you'll receive an email reminder before each session with a link to join.
The best on-ramp is Promethean PAC's 2026 Midterm Bootcamp — register at prometheanpac.com/2026_bootcamp. The Bootcamp is where we connect activists across the country and coordinate the work.
For more specific opportunities — running for office, organizing a local group, hosting events, contributing content, working on a particular issue — email [email protected] with a bit about your background and what you'd like to do. Someone from our team will connect with you directly to figure out the best fit.
Our complete, current list of official channels is on our About page: Official Accounts. If an account isn't on that list, it isn't ours, no matter how convincingly it uses our name, logo, or content.
We are the target of a persistent impersonation problem. Accounts steal our videos, use our branding without permission, and fraudulently present themselves as our official channels.
If you've found someone pretending to be us, please tell us using: Report an Account. Reports from our audience are the fastest way we find these accounts and get them taken down.
Recordings are available on the show pages at prometheanaction.com. You can find them by navigating to the show or by searching the site.
Transcripts are often available as a paid-subscriber perk, though they aren't produced for every show. To access transcripts when they're available, sign in at prometheanaction.com (see the "Signing In" section if you need help) and scroll below the video on the show's page.
Not yet — it's something we're considering. In the meantime, you can browse our books, pamphlets, and other materials in the Toolkit section of prometheanaction.com.

If you received a show notice after the show aired, the recording will be posted on the website after broadcast.
