We have lots of organizing reports for you: the Houston MAGA Fest, the San Francisco Bay area, Auto Workers for Trump, Michigan for Agenda47, and candidate Mindy Pechenuk in Oakland.
On Saturday, August 10, four Trump Trains started from various parts of the Houston area and converged on a central location for a MAGA Fest. Everyone entering the festival area went right by the Promethean PAC table. About 200 people attended and many stopped to talk to the organizers. Among those who signed up to stay in contact with Promethean PAC were a leader of Moms 4 Liberty and a cousin of House Speaker Mike Johnson.
People were excited and happy, and ready to find out how they could organize for Trump. Our “Donald Can’t Do It Alone” sign provoked a lot of agreement. There were lots of comments about Project 2025 such as “That 2025 thing – that’s not Trump!” Many of those same people mentioned that Agenda47 was Trump’s program. There was enthusiastic agreement that we have to make sure the Republican Party talks about more than what’s wrong with Harris and Walz, but talks about what Trump and Vance are going to do to rebuild the country. Just about everyone got the "Promethean Guide to the 2024 Platform" leaflet.
We found there was little knowledge of the GOP's new 2024 Platform, which we began to change by distributing copies of that platform and signing people up to work with our Texas for Trump Agenda47 Platform group. We sold copies of Brian Lantz's What Trump’s Agenda47 Can do booklet and distributed copies of Promethean Action's A Police Dossier: It is the British Who Murder Our Presidents.
