Wednesday, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed what flight trackers already showed: CIA Director John Ratcliffe held talks in Moscow with his Russian intelligence counterparts. Not with Putin. An unmarked U.S. Air Force C-17 flew him into Vnukovo on Tuesday — the first known Globemaster into Moscow in years — and he was gone in about eight hours.
Neither capital will say what was on the table. The speculation runs from Ukraine escalation warnings to Iran and Hormuz. What matters for this show is the pattern Tuesday named: a U.S.–Russia channel that cuts London and Carney’s plan to keep the war going.
