President Trump has been pressing Kyiv to make a deal. On Tuesday he said it plainly: "We want Zelenskyy to make a deal."
Now Zelensky is moving. On Fox News Wednesday he was asked if he'd accept freezing the war where the lines are now. "Yes, right now, we have to freeze," he said. He called it a "real way to end this war."
After meeting Steve Witkoff in Oslo, he also says Ukraine will back new three-way talks with the U.S. and Russia, likely in November.
It's not a peace deal yet. Zelensky still wants security guarantees and Europe at the table. But Trump says this may be "the closest we've been."
At home, the fight is over November 3, and Data Republican's "Democracy Files" keep coming.
In Part 4, released yesterday, she posted materials she says come from a January 2026 planning exercise. Eleven working groups were asked: "How do election meltdown and/or militarization scenarios impact our strategic objective?"
In another recording, transcribed by The Post Millennial, Danielle Reiff of the Democracy Renewal Group says the midterms, "especially if there's a meltdown… could be a real window of opportunity" to "transform our system." She even floats "a third Continental Congress."
Data Republican says the people on the tapes are "pretty confident" a "breakthrough" will get rid of Trump before January 3rd.
