Michigan Arab-American Mayor Endorses Donald Trump

Arab American Democratic Mayor of Hamtramck, MI endorses Trump
Ameer Ghalib, the Democrat Mayor of Hamtramck, MI, endorsed Donald Trump for President, after meeting with him last week and hearing Trump's promise to “end the chaos in the Mideast.”

Democratic Mayor of Hantramck, MI endorses Trump to "end the chaos in the Mideast."
Hamtramck is a working-class town, near Detroit, with a large Arab-American community and an all-Muslim City Council. The Detroit metropolitan area is home to the largest concentration of Arab-Americans outside of the Middle East. In the 2024 presidential primary, 100,000 people voted "uncommitted" in protest against the Biden/Harris administration's Mideast policies. Many may still vote for a third party candidate, but Ghalib's endorsement will swing votes to Trump.

Trump is gaining among Arab-American voters, which may be decisive in Michigan.
Ghalib said,
“President Trump and I may not agree on everything, but I know he is a man of principles… I believe he is the right choice for this critical time. I’ll not regret my decision no matter what the outcome would be, and I’m ready to face the consequences. … Now, let the Caravan begin its journey. This is just the starting point.”
