Wednesday afternoon, less than 24 hours before we went live, the President revealed that for the past month the U.S. military had been secretly escorting oil tankers through the Strait of Hormuz — more than 100 million barrels, over 200 commercial ships, delivered safely into the open market.

Kharg Island is on hold. The naval blockade stays in full force until the signing — “time and place to be announced shortly.”
