Tuesday's primary broke toward Trump in the bluest state in the country. Trump-endorsed Republican Steve Hilton came in first in the governor's race — setting up a November top-two against Democrat Xavier Becerra — while in Los Angeles, Mayor Karen Bass was forced into a runoff, with Republican Spencer Pratt battling for the second spot.
